I'm pretty excited for this. Been a fan of his podcast for several years now.

If you’re a fan of Dr. Andrew Huberman’s podcast, Huberman Lab, or you’re just someone who's passionate about improving brain function, boosting mood, or optimizing physical performance, then you’re going to want to grab a copy of his new book, Protocols: An Operating Manual for the Human Body.
I’m personally super excited about this release, and I can already see it becoming a staple on my bookshelf (and probably one I’ll be revisiting often).
I’ve been following Andrew Huberman for a while now, and what I love most is how he makes complex neuroscience understandable and usable in daily life. He was a large inspiration for dailyadmire.com. I started to realize how many useful protocols there were in all of his podcasts. I wanted a good way to catalog and visualize them.
Here, you can find a full list of his protocols that we have on DailyAdmire.
The way he breaks down how our brains and bodies work—and what we can do to make them work better—is fascinating. But more than that, it’s practical.
With Protocols, it sounds like Huberman has created an operating manual for your body, full of evidence-based tips to help you achieve optimal mental and physical health. If you’re into self-improvement (like me), you’re going to love this one.
Protocols is available for pre-order now, but the official release date is April 22, 2025!
It sounds like yes, if you purchase at Barnes & Noble, although I'm not exactly sure how this is going to work. This is according to Huberman's website.
Yes. As of now, the book is already being translated into several languages, including Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, and Spanish, with more on the way.
Check out Huberman's site for the latest updates on various languages.
